  • Display name
  • Authentication provider (email, Google, Apple)

  • Chat conversations and messages you send to AI models
  • Content you generate (images, videos, audio, music)
  • Credit usage and transaction history
  • Device information and push notification tokens

2.3 Uploaded Content

  • Files you upload for AI processing (images, documents, audio)
  • These files are stored securely and used solely for providing the Service

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process AI chat, image, video, voice, and music generation requests
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions
  • To send push notifications (if enabled) about subscription status
  • To improve and personalize the Service
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Third-Party AI Providers

Your prompts and uploaded content may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses and content. These providers include but are not limited to:

  • OpenAI (GPT, DALL-E)
  • Anthropic (Claude)
  • Google (Gemini, Imagen, Veo)
  • Stability AI
  • ElevenLabs
  • Replicate
  • Deepgram

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not control their data practices.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database
  • Files and generated content are stored in S3-compatible object storage (MinIO)
  • API keys and sensitive configuration are encrypted at rest
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
  • All communication is encrypted via HTTPS

6. Content Sharing and Explore Feed

  • You may publish generated content to the public Explore feed
  • Published content is visible to all users anonymously
  • You can remove content from your library; removal from Explore requires a support request
  • Shared chat conversations are accessible via unique share links

7. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active
  • Generated content is retained until you delete it or your account
  • Chat history is retained until you delete conversations
  • You may request full account deletion by contacting support

8. Your Rights

  • Access and download your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of push notifications
  • Request removal of public content from Explore

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
