By accessing or using the HY24 AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HY24 AI is a multi-platform AI application that provides:

• AI-powered chat with multiple language models
• AI image generation and editing
• AI video generation
• AI voice and music generation
• Web search and URL browsing tools within chat
• A credit-based billing system for AI usage

3. Accounts

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

• AI features consume credits based on model and complexity
• Credit costs vary by model and generation type
• Chat messages consume credits based on token usage
• Generation costs are displayed before confirmation

4.2 Subscriptions

• Subscription plans provide monthly credit allowances
• Credits reset on each billing cycle
• Unused credits do not carry over unless specified by your plan
• Flex credit packages can be purchased for additional credits

4.3 Refunds

• Failed generations are automatically refunded
• Subscription refunds follow the applicable app store policies
• Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass content safety filters
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract AI model weights
• Automate access or scrape the Service without permission
• Share account credentials with others
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use generated content to mislead or deceive (e.g., deepfakes for fraud)

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

• You retain rights to content you create and upload
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service

6.2 Generated Content

• AI-generated content ownership follows the policies of the underlying AI providers
• You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes unless restricted by the AI provider's terms
• Content published to Explore is publicly visible

6.3 Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• Content may be flagged or blocked by AI provider safety filters
• We may remove content from the Explore feed at our discretion

7. Explore Feed

• The Explore feed showcases user-generated content publicly
• By publishing to Explore, you agree to your content being visible to all users
• Content in Explore is displayed anonymously
• You may request removal of your content from Explore by contacting support

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for:

• AI provider outages or service interruptions
• Content generated by AI models (accuracy, quality, appropriateness)
• Changes to AI provider terms, pricing, or availability

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy or suitability
• We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HY24 AI operates.
